Policies
To insure the availability of your selections, we require that
all menu items are confirmed 7 days prior to your function.
CUSTOM
MENU
Can’t quite find what you are looking for... you may custom
order your buffet from any of our menu selections.
TABLE
COVERINGS
Paper and linen tablecloths are available upon request for an
additional charge.
SERVERS
All functions include one waitstaff. Personal buffet style servers
are available for an additional $10.00 per server per hour.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are due the day the function is booked. All private functions
require a minimum deposit of $100.00. Your deposit will be deducted
from the final bill.
GUEST
COUNTS
A guaranteed guest count is required seven days prior to your
event. You will be responsible for the payment of the guaranteed
number of guests called in and confirmed and any guests above
and beyond your final count guaranteed.
FINAL
PAYMENT
Final payment is due on or before the day of the function in cash,
Certified Bank Check, or credit card. We do not accept personal
checks.
DAY
PARTIES
Daytime parties will have the room until 4:00 pm.
NIGHT
PARTIES
Nighttime parties will have the room from 6:00 pm until closing.
LIQUOR
All beverages may be purchased on an individual basis, or for
your convenience, added to the final bill. Bottles of wine are
available. Parties over 25 guests require a private bartender
for an additional $50.00.
GRATUITIES
AND TAX
Prices do not include the 8% state sales tax, nor the customary
20% gratuity.
MINIMUM
ORDERS
The minimum on all food orders must be met. The minimum on functions
held Monday through Thursday is $100.00. The minimum on functions
held Friday through Sunday is $300.00.
